Keep one idea visible.

Use the game's five build layers to read one reward at a time.

FIELD NOTE 01
1. What is your current anchor?
2. What does the next choice seem to do?

Planning result

Name the run before you judge the reward.

Pick the ability or pattern you are testing, then describe what the next choice seems to do.

  1. Choose a current anchor.
  2. Classify the next choice.
  3. Make the smallest compatible change.

The short version

Protect one idea at a time.

The Armory lets you choose an initial set of Weapons, Spells, and Special Skills. During the run, Imprints and Relics can change how familiar abilities behave. That gives you room to adapt, but it also makes a clear anchor useful.

Start by naming the ability or attack pattern you want to understand. When a new choice appears, ask whether it strengthens that pattern, covers a moment where it struggles, helps you stay alive, or still needs checking. Keep the adjustment small enough that you can tell what changed.
